Located in end unit, on prestigious "point" of the bay, we are just feet from waters edge! Windows on 2 sides and large lanai provide spectacular views all day and even into the night. Daylight brings dolphins and manatee to play just feet from your lanai. Sub-tropical birds prance proudly across the lawn, and pelican dive right before your eyes to secure a fish or two. Boaters wave as they leave Fish Tale Marina (just 7 minutes walk from your condo) in the no wake zone, as they head for the Gulf, just minutes away.

Area Information

Situated on the island of Estero, Ft. Myers Beach is a true island community. Our condo is situated at the very end of Lenell Road, the most private area you can find on the island. But don''t worry about amenities--we have them all. Estero Blvd. is the main road on the island. Lenell is just 2 minutes off this blvd., on the southern end of the island, and while Lenell is quiet and relaxing, just minutes down Estero you'll find restaurants, island shopping, a Movie Theater, Library, even a CVS Pharmacy and two 7-11's for easy and reasonable gas fill ups.

The public golf course is just minutes away;a trolley runs continuously from Bonita Springs to the North end of Estero Island, the more commerial end. There is a casino boat, the Key West Express. You are minutes by car from Lover's Key National Nature Preserve (family activities daily), and down-town "Times Square" on the island. The trolley can take you to any of these sites. There is even a medical center right down the road from the condo. Anything you might need is remarkably close. This is truly an island Paradise.
