Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

The Kona is a large, exquisite beachfront two bedroom Penthouse located in the finest area of Estero Island: North Ft. Myers Beach. It is pool-front and has in-unit laundry.

Times Square and attractions are a 5 minute beach walk or trolley ride from the condo.

Our unique unit has 360 degree views of the gorgeous Gulf and Bay. It is one of the few units in our association that faces the beach, and one of the fewer still that has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean.

The perfect unit for a family getaway!

The Kona sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. We have 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 king and the spare room has 2 twins. We also have a queen blow up mattress that can be placed in any of the rooms.

There is a fully stocked kitchen (you supply the food and drinks) with a breakfast bar.

You will enjoy a spacious family room, dining room, and wrap-around lanai with panoramic views.

North Fort Myers Beach is the finest area of Fort Myers Beach due to its ideal location just minutes from the pier and heart of the island and its quiet, serene location that allows it to avoid the heavy congestion on other parts of the island.
