Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation cottage rental

Cutest "Key West Style" Island Cottage located across the street from the Beach! Fully Furnished, 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom cottage including a Large "L" Shaped Living Room with Partial Views of the Gulf of Mexico. Includes FREE Wi-Fi Internet access! HD DVD Players, and Two Flat screen TVs. Stereo, and portable stereo!

Backyard has a nice sitting area and a Pergola, barbeque grill and more. Great for cookouts!

Rates are for 4 persons, can sleep up to six persons, additional persons charge is $45.00 per person per week.

MAX TOTAL OF SIX ALLOWED IN THIS RENTAL COTTAGE. NON-SMOKING INTERIOR.

This cottage is in a great location for vacations, you can walk to everything! Save lots compared to a hotel room and get twice the size!

Came for the National Baseball Tourney

We came and stayed here for 8 days and enjoyed the accomadations. It was very spacious for our needs and having the w/d was a huge add on. We come down every year around this time and would definitely stay again. The only thing that would make this better would to be on the beach, but across the street works fine. Thank you for letting us stay in your property.

Outstanding Value for the Rate!

April 26, 2012

I stayed at a "luxury" rental last year, spending little time at the actual house. This year I found Loffrenno Real Estate, and the Villa Paradise. It was an outstanding location between Diamond Head and Neptune Inn. 100 foot walk to the beach and the accommodations were great for us. My teen spring breakers were on the beach without having to drive and they could walk to the square to enjoy the entertainment. The apartment was very clean, very modern and very nicely decorated. I will be back often! And Kim is the best concierge ever!
