SEA URCHIN - A lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath canal front cottage on the highly desired quiet north end of the island located at 661 Estero Blvd. Completely remodeled with new kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floors throughout, etc. Enclosed sun room affords a comfortable vacation atmosphere along with a spacious open sun deck. Covered parking, 3 TV s, DVD, Wi Fi, W/D, bedding of queen in master, twins in guest, sleeper sofa in living and sun rooms, sleeps up to 8. Just across the street from the beach (200 ). Short 5 minute walk to everything, Town center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. All rates are for up to 6 people with an extra charge for additional people. This cottage allows daily (3 day min. summer/fall season only), weekly, monthly and seasonal rentals.
