Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation home rental

Our large, open, Key West style home is a short 2 minute walk from the white sugary sand on one of the beach's nicest streets. Experience a true Family beach vacation with everything you need. It's perfect for extended families and reunions. Enjoy the fully heated pool in the huge two-story screened enclosure and the new hot tub -
great for relaxing! One problem. You won't want to go home!

Upstairs features three bedrooms and two baths (1800 sq ft), huge living room with entertainment center and two sitting areas. Dining room has seating for eight and
outdoor screened dining off the living room offers sunset views. Romantic king-size master has ensuite bath with
separate sink area. A screened lanai provides a quiet spot
where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Queen size and twin bedrooms in a separate hallway share a spacious second bathroom.

Downstairs, a two bedroom Guest Apartment on the ground
floor provides accessible living with queen-sire and twin
bedrooms, and a full bath. Separate TV, kitchen, and laundry.

Lots of pool and beach toys, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, cart, lounge chairs and outdoor furniture, Upstairs can be rented as three-bedroom unit off season or last minute only. Call for details.

Lots of great area attractions including museums, water parks, the Shell Factory, Naples Zoo, casino boats and excursions to the everglades. Water sports abound - lots of tasty restaurants nearby.

Excellent fishing, golf, and shopping.

• Other Fees: $80 Damage Waiver Fee covers you for up to $1500 accidental breakage as long as it is reported. Willful damage and extraordinary cleaning are not included in this fee. Most pets are accepted with an additional fee.

This property is outstanding. Clean, modern and extremely convenient. The landlords are very courtious and the house comes with lots of extras (coolers, beach toys, swimming pool, etc). The two kitchens make it great for a larger family since it provides a second refrigerator. An overall great experience.
