• Deposits: A $500.00(house)or $800(+studio)security deposit in a separate check to be held for incidental damages to the home or fixtures. This deposit will be held no longer than two weeks. If additional cleaning expenses must be incurred by Owner to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of Rentor's occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the security deposit(Rentor will be notified in writing) and the balance, if any, will be refunded to Rentor.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee for the home is $150.00, if you decide to also rent the studio it will be $200.00. Additional fee for extra persons Extra fee per night when you rent the house plus studio on a nightly rate

If you like a WARM pool and a great location, you will LOVE this rental. The owners are dolls, really nice people. The house is clean, inviting, and big enough to have a blast. You are within walking distance to the beach yet off the beaten path. The bay is 4 houses away and you can fish there too. We had such a WONDERFUL time here. This is the best rental we have ever had. The pool is warm enough to swim in at night, I mean, they keep it so you can get into it with no pain. Ft. Myers is a great place to take kids, or just vacation alone. Rent this one, it is a GEM!!!!!!
