Constant views of the Gulf of Mexico, with a path that takes you to the beach for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The lot is 75' by 200'. Garage floor on bottom floor, with two more floors upwards. "Welcoming" main floor with a master bedroom and bath, along with the kitchen, livingroom, family room and half bath. Spiral stairs take you to the top floor where there are two guest bedrooms with a bathroom, as well as a mastersuite bedroom that has it's own bathroom as well as a kitchenette counter with sink and dishes. Also on the top floor is a sitting area for reading while enjoying the view of the outside beach and nature. Also on this floor is the laundry room to keep up with all those beach towels you'll be putting to use!

Both the sunrise and sunsets can be seen from the balconies, while grilling or just relaxing and enjoying the views.

This home is located on a public beach, but it does not feel like one since public access areas are much farther down the beach. You will often find quiet beaches and lots and lots of room to relax and enjoy. Situated on the main road to get you to many different destinations and tourist shops in this friendly little beach side town along the road, but it is not in the commercial area so it is also a very quiet spot. Minutes down the road you'll find the public libary, a public pool with smaller waterslides, and a movie theater where you may enjoy a meal while watching your chosen movie. Also, the local grocery stores, pharmacies and banks for all needs. There is a pier within driving distance for walks as well as a large selection of restaurants in either direction.
