Our Island home is ideal for anyone looking for a paradise to enjoy the winter months. Newly renovated and decorated this is the perfect island getaway to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. No children ... please.

Our home is fully furnished and features: 2 bedroms, 1&1/2 baths, ceramic flooring, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, screened in lanai overlooking the boat dock and canal out to Estero Bay, car port and complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, oven, toaster and coffee maker. Also for your convenience, we provide beach chairs and beach towels, an outside gas grill and 2 adult bikes.

We're located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach in the exclusive Fairview Isles community. You'll find yourself on a picturesque canal with a short walk to one of the nicest white sand beach on the island.
Area Information
Situated in a little beachside town off of Estero Blvd. you'll find yourself close to everything ... but don't let that fool you, this is not a commercial area so it is also a very quite and relaxing location. Just minutes down the road you'll find: Movie Theater, public library, Publix grocery store, CVS pharmacy, banks, churches, medical office and a wide variety of restaurants and Island shopping. There are many full service marinas located on either side of us to assist with any boating or rental needs. As far as water sports, our beautiful beach provides many activities all located conveniently onsite. In addition, we have Bay Beach Golf Course around the corner, a Casino Boat, the Key West Express and an Island Trolley to take you from one end of the island to the other including stops at our downtown area "Times Square" and the tranquil Lover's Key National Preserve.

Deposits: Half rental amount due upon making reservation; balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled prior to 90 days arrival and a replacement guest is contracted for the same rental period your depost less $300 will be refunded. Cancelation with less than 90 days notice result in forfeit of entire deposit.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order
Other Fees: $250 security deposit; this will be refunded 30 days after rental check-out persuant to home inspection. Cleaning fee is included in the rent.
