Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation home rental
Located in an executive neighborhood Mid-Island, this 3 bedroom water front home is the ultimate in privacy & relaxation ~~and only three blocks to the white sandy beach!
Whether you relax in the climate controlled pool, sunbathe on the beautiful patio, or read in the shade of garden palms, the peace and tranquility here will rest your soul.
This home is the ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND on the island, designed with outdoor enjoyment in mind…. So unique because the house wraps around the caged pool and lanai area, enveloping it and making the outdoors part of the indoor experience. The pool is situated so that it takes in the sun all day long, with the roof overhanging portions of the lanai providing shade while enjoying watching children play in the pool. This expansive lanai features outdoor dining area & gas grill for afternoon repast or Twilight dinners. The pass-through from the kitchen to the lanai makes serving a breeze.
Trees and hedgerows grow on each side of the home, and plantings around the screen limit intrusive viewing from the canal.
The interior of the home boasts 2400 square feet of living space. This offers a huge open floor plan. The super-sized living room area has one wall of stone fireplace. Plenty of space in the dining area as well ~~ you can easily seat everyone around the table. A wall of glass sliders open out to the screened pool area for magnificent view of the canal and Bay, and brings lots of light in the home.
The kitchen also faces the outdoor living area. Appliances include a larger than average refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal. Washer and dryer are located in separate laundry area.
The wrap-around effect is anchored on each end with TWO Master Bedrooms, both opening to the outdoor living space with expansive sliding glass doors. Both Master Bedrooms feature King beds. Sleeping quarters are completed with bedroom #3 having 2 twin beds, and a full size roll-away and pack n play for toddlers.
For the continued enjoyment of all guests, this beautiful home is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Not in the house, not on the lanai, and not on the grounds.
Animals are allowed upon approval and when registered on rental agreement.

Baseball Trip

Just as described this was a perfect spot for us. Coming to Florida on a baseball trip, we had 4 guys and three girls and it was perfect. Never did we feel cramped or in each others space. To wake up each morning and look out at the canal and then walk a very short distance to the beach was perfect. Nicely decorated and with all the amenities needed. We were able to cook and have meals together as well as invite the rest of the team over for a cook out. What a great experience. Thank you
