Fully equipped, nicely maintained Fort Myers Beach home. 2 bedroom /one bath stilt home located mid-island on a quiet dead end street 120 yards to the beach. House is on Gulf side of main beach road. One king, two twins and a double futon allow for six to enjoy this conveniently located property. Great-room concept with open kitchen and large upstairs deck. Shopping, Restaurants and Grocery very close without the hassle of downtown season traffic. All you need are your suitcases.

Saturday to Saturday rental. Check-in @ 3:00 PM - Check -out @ 10:00 AM.

Area Information

Fort Myers Beach is a true beach community located on a barrier island in southwest Florida. The beach is wide, with soft white sugar sand and the gulf is calm. The area has many mom and pop eateries, quaint shopping and easy access to area attractions. There is always somthing happening at the Beach!

VERY NICE FT. MYERS BEACH HOUSE

This property lives up to the owner's claims. It is Beautifully-maintained and immaculately clean. Furnishings are very comfortable, especially the king-size bed in the master bedroom. All sorts of extras are included like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kids beach toys. Especially appreciated were the staples provided like ketchup, relish, butter, coffee, filters, laudry detergent, etc., etc. This meant that the renter didn't have to purchase a quantity of these items and then dispose of them wastefully at the end of the stay. The use of the washer and dryer was very convenient. The owner responds to email communications promptly and even arranged for us to be invited to a neighbour's house for a Super Bowl party. When we return to Ft. Myers Beach, we would certainly rent this house again.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, open, roomy, and stocked with everything we didn't know we would need. We had an awesome time chasing fish, watching dolphins, playing on the sandbar, and laying in the sun! So nice to relax on the quite beach, or take the trolley a couple minutes up the beach for entertainment, yummy food, and shopping. Within minutes of parasailing, jet skiing, fishing tours, live music, and lots of cute shops. Thank you for all of the great memories and hospitality, we will definitely be back!

Not to mention the location, the beach and the weather. found it very easy to get around and everyone everywhere was very friendly.
