Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation home rental

Located on south end of island in a sedate families atmosphere . House is very convenient to the Santini Plaza , which has 9 restaurants (including ice cream parlor ),CVS drug store, post office, book store, clothing store, hard ware store & miscellaneous local shops .

We have one of the larger beach houses. Master bedroom has private bath along with whirlpool tub & double sinks. Master bedroom offers king size bed, other bedrooms offer queen size bed & 2 twins. Master also offers high quality flat panel TV/DVD player with remote, queen sized bedroom offers DVD/CD player and high quality TV. We have cable connection for your entertainment. We offer self inflated air-mattress for parties larger then 6. There is a queen size & 2 Twins.

House has 20 foot by 30 foot tiled Great Room room . It also has high quality 37 inches LCD along with Sony VCR/DVD home theater. The house has wireless internet available for your convenience. Well equipped kitchen with full size appliance and amenities including ice maker with refrigerator . The dishwasher ,microwave, gas stove/oven, and disposal will help you feel like home. There is a full size washer & dryer.

Screened Lanai overlooks the in ground heated & screened pool. Pool is 12/x27 feet long. The electric pool heater will automatically keep the water just at 84 degrees. Very easy to pass drinks or food from service window of the kitchen to the lanai. There is also second out side entertainment area which is around pool with table and chairs and gas grill.

Although pictured, no garage is for tenant's use. Lower level of the house is just for personal storage, including the garage. Entire Upper floor is for tenant's use.

House offers" Peek a Boo" views of gulf. The house is one street over from the beach. Wonderful white sandy beach is just steps away from house !! It is nice to cool off in your private pool after a busy day on the beach. It provides 3 luxurious bedrooms ( 2 splits from the master ) and 2 full sized baths .
