2 bedroom 2 bath condo 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen has wood cabinets, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Full sized stackeable washer and dryer in the unit. Master bedrrom KING and guest bedroom queen bed. Large screeend in balcony. Condo has wood and tile flooring.internet and cable included
In season (Nov.-March): $3600 per month or $1200 per week. Of Season (April-Oct.): $2800 per month or $900 per week. State and local taxes do apply.cleaning fee 150$

A Hidden Gem

April 22, 2013

This is our second year in a row renting this property and we know we will be back again. This is in quiet neighborhood yet you walk around the corner and you are on the beautiful beach of Ft. Myers. Heavnly Bisquit (two blocks away) is wonderful for breakfast (call ahead and place your order) and Chucks on the next block has wonderfuly cooked dinners. Time Square is less than a mile away and taxis are plentiful and inexpensive if you don't want to walk. The property is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Mari is exceptionaly friendly and has answered any questions we ever had about where to go. The pool area and the screened in Lanai are wonderful and help to create this perfect paradise!

Very Good Accommodation

We had the ground floor 1 bedroom apt. It was excellent with secure storage for our bicycles etc A full laundry is available. The owner/operator is available on site in minutes if need be and she is attentive to requests. Truly a short 1block/5min walk to beach. Thank you mary

Beatiful House

We rented the 1 bedroom downstairs unit. It is everything I wanted and more. Very clean and well decorated. Modern. Beatuiful screened in pool area and patio area. The tenants in all the units were very friendly. Was able to see 1 of the 2 bedroom units and it is just as beatiful and the 1 bedroom unit. Owner meet us there and very reachable both before and during or stay. Walking distance to the beach access was less than a minute 5 minute walk. Would definetly rent again and plan on it for any future trips to Fort Myers Beach. Have already recommended propety to friends who travel to Fort Myers Beach.
