The first floor up has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a lovely porch outside with comfy seating. The top floor has an open concept living, dining room and fantastic kitchen
with top of the line stainless appliances and granite counters. A den off of the living room offers additional sleeping, TV and media area for computer work or just relaxing. Off the living room, sit and watch the sun set over the Gulf waters from the lovely deck. The beach access is just 3 short streets to the north or south.

The sunny, south facing pool has a screened lanai with outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge furniture.
This is a house you will want to come back to every year. Central AC & Heat and a 2 minute walk to the beach.
