Enjoy this second floor, totally remodeled, 2 bedroom Villa. This large unit has an open concept living area with new, well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy living room with flat screen TV. The bathroom with tub and shower is off the living area and each of the bedrooms offer a relaxing atmosphere at the end of the day. It is located on the second floor and occupies the entire level. Access is from an exterior staircase up one floor where there is also a sunny private deck.

A Beach'n Place is a group of 7 Villas and bungalows with a central BBQ area, on site laundry facilities and exquisite landscaping. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but you can walk everywhere. Go out your front door, walk past 5 houses and you are in the midst of all the excitement. from our property it is 5 min walk to the beach, 7 min walk to the pier, 2 min to dining, shopping. You can literally park your car when you arrive and not get back in it until you are ready to go home. The location is perfect!
