Looking for the perfect place to spend your next vacation? Well, look no further! Up to 8 people can pamper themselves in this spectacular 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa with its newly updated contemporary/tropical style.

Polynesian Villa is situated mid-island on a professionally landscaped; half-acre lot in one of Fort Myers Beach’s designated “quiet zones”. PV’s deep water canal and lagoon are often visited by dolphins and manatees, not to mention the numerous varieties of fish that can be observed right from your own dock.

If you like sugar-white sandy beaches, people watching and beautiful sunsets, you’ll be glad to know that you are just a block and a half away from one of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful beaches.

However, if you prefer the peaceful solitude of your own tropical oasis, no problem, just open one of the many glass doors that run the full length of this paradise retreat and slip into your own private (fully caged) heated pool. Or better yet, take a chair to the water’s edge and read a book or just watch the fish jump!

Area Information

It's hard to imagine Fort Myers Beach as a remote stretch of green edged with white, soft sand and accessible only by boat. However, that's just what it was until the first "Little Bridge" was constructed to bring tourists and locals alike to the seven-mile Estero Island through Bunche Beach on the mainland. By the late 1920s, a new bridge (actually a second-hand one from the East coast of Florida) was installed near the current San Carlos Bridge.

Little by little, Estero Island's attractive features, including miles and miles of white, sandy beaches, have captured the imaginations of visitors from near and far. This beach community draws thousands of visitors from Germany, France and the United Kingdom each year.

Boating, sailing, fishing and spectacular Lovers Key State Park make this island a real recreational playground. Add to that a great number of family-friendly resorts, quaint cottages, Old Florida charm, restaurants serving fresh seafood from the Gulf of Mexico and an annual Shrimp Festival, and it's a beach vacation paradise.

Nightlife gleams along the northern tip of the island around shopping-and-dining destination Times Square, and sunset watching is a favorite pastime.

We were ready to move in!

y husband I travel quite a bit for vacations domestically and really fell in love with Ft. Myers and this cozy home. The location is prime if you want to be near water, with the inlet right in the back and the beach just a few blocks away it was prime for what ever we wanted to do. We really liked that it was far enough from the commotion of the "times square" region of the island, but close enough for us to cruise up and have a slice of pizza from Junkanoo or sushi at Zushi Zushi. If we didn't want to stick around the island there is plenty to do in this area, so the location was PRIME! We slept very well in the mast room and woke every morning to the beautiful view of the water and even thought we may have spotted some manatee playing near the neighbors deck - one of the locals told us that is what they were...just looked like big shadows to me. The pool was amazing as well! we spent most evenings just swimming and soaking in the last drop of sunlight until we could turn the pool lights on. My husband LOVED the look of the blue lights in the pool at night. The house also had everything we could need for the week to prepare meals, bbq, relax and zone out to TV. This was one of our most memorable vacations and we will definitely come back to stay at this really great place!
