It has easy access to the beach at the end of street , so you will be on the beach within one minute !!

Over 2500 sq ft, the house offers lot of space & can accommodate 9 guests without usage of air mattresses.Shared pool & separate spa with small apartment .

It has garage with a remote and additional parking for 1 other car.

Pets should be registered. NO smoking in the house .

Beach and Sun and a lot of fun.

The home was clean and comfortable. The location allowed for walking which was great because of the volume of traffic in town.Being pet friendly allowed us to take our dog to the beach, which was also pet friendly. Site manager and owner were helpful in dealing with a hot tub problem. We met lots of friendly people and look forward to returning.

Fantastic 4th of July vacation

Ive stayed on Fort Myers beach many times over the years and this was by far the best house Ive rented. Clean, spacious, wonderful amenities, close to everything!!! Couldnt have been better. Large living room, great kitchen....the pool and hottub were fabulous after a long day on the beach!!! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back
