Villa Aloreon is a luxurious, waterfront vacation estate located near Fort Myers beach in Southern Florida that is ideal for family vacations, multi-family gatherings, reunions, corporate and executive retreats, and of course for that one of a kind wedding that everyone will talk about for years to come.

With over 13,000 square feet of under-roof, well-appointed living and entertaining area spread out over three floors, and multiple exterior balconies and decks Villa Aloreon provides 6 bedrooms, 6½ baths, a gourmet kitchen, and several sitting and living areas including a private office and library.

The main floor great room of Villa Aloreon is complete with a wet bar and wide screen entertainment center and features wrap-around windows that offer a multi-million dollar view of the Intracoastal Waterway of Southern Florida. A large spiral staircase leads to a second floor mezzanine and formal dining room with enough room to comfortably sit a large group for meals, meetings, games, or happy-hour.

A newly-renovated gourmet kitchen provides room enough to accommodate large parties, a full catering staff, or a meal between of friends either inside or out on the balcony which overlooks the pool. A separate screened balcony, with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, is perfect for after-dinner cigars and cognac. And of course the exclusive enclosed patio and atrium includes a large swimming pool with a bridged walkway that leads to the hot tub.

For the working guest, a private wood-paneled office and library offers its own spectacular 180-degree water view with access to a private outdoor deck.

Each floor of Villa Aloreon has two bedrooms with capacity to sleep up to 14 adult guests. The lavish master bedroom, located on the third level boasts its own built in entertainment center and access to two balconies with spectacular sunset views. A full commercial elevator and separate dumbwaiter to all three levels of the home help ensure that every member of your party experience all the remarkable features that Villa Aloreon has to offer.
