Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

6 MONTH 2013-2014 Spring Special *** November 2013 - April 2014 for $10,600!!!

This newly furnished 2/2 1 car garage coach home (sleeps 6) and is on the first floor of a newer development. It is almost 1400 Square Feet, which is approximately 250 sq feet larger than a 3br/2ba condo(not including the lanai or garage) . That is why it is called a Coach Home, you will always feel at home. Everything is included: blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots & pans, linens, towels, blow dryer, DVD player, stereo, 3 TV's & more!! There is also the convenience of a full sized washer & dryer in the unit.

Rental includes use of pool,whirlpool, exercise room and clubhouse. Only 3 miles to Sanibel/Captiva bridges & 5 miles to Ft. Myers beach!! We give multiple month discounts, so please ask.

The huge lanai (11X17) with Lexan sliders and a serene garden view is available for your relaxing pleasure that includes a table and chairs.

The Coach Home is walking distance to grocery, wine store, gas station, and many small shops. There is also a free shuttle that leaves nearby and will take you to Ft Myers beach. Medical offices are also located a few miles away.

Area Information

There are several golf courses, parks, & mini golf places nearby. Downtown Ft. Myers offers night life and entertainment. The Henry Ford Museum & Thomas Edison Home are also located a few miles away.Shops & grocery are about 3 blocks away. Medical offices are within 2 miles from coach home.

Great Place to Stay

We spent two months here and thoroughly enjoyed it. This coach home lived up to and was better than our expectations. The photos don't quite do justice. It is clean and very comfortable. Greg is very helpful and attentive if you have any questions. Just an email away! The area is very handy to everything. You could even walk to Target and Publix if you wanted to. The Beach is nearby and very beautiful. Ten minute drive to the beach in the evening to see the beautiful sunsets. Being from Canada, we appreciated that we could call home with no long distance charges. I would highly recommend this coach home. Greg is just a bonus! Thanks Greg! Had a great time.

We stayed January and February in this comfortable and clean coach home. Bellamar on Beach Walk is a great location, easy access to stores, the beach, and downtown Fort Myers. Residents at the pool and club house are friendly and welcoming.
