Welcome to our 2nd home. This privately owned condo can be your vacation destination. Enjoy the view while siping your favorite beverage on your 12x28 lanai overlooking the lagoon and the 14th fairway of "The Bear" course of the Forest Country Club. The Forest has 2 championship courses. Membership is available.

This immaculate and upscale two bedroom first floor condo walks out to the lanai from the great room and the master suite. About 1450 sg. ft. in size there is plenty of room to relax, entertain, work (if your a traveling executive). If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the space and appliances you need to prepare your favorite receipe.How about sun bathing or swiming in the units pool.

All new upscale decor and furnishings. This unit has a beautiful master suite with spacious walk in closets, beautiful ceramic tile throughout, granite counter tops and entertaining space galore. Full size washer and dryer right in the unit. Newly remodeled & painted. All new furniture, upscale appliances. Golf and fitness package available thru the Forest Country Club.Plenty of other golf courses around too.We have all the beach chairs, umbrellas etc you need.Stay a week, a month a lifetime!

Quiet peaceful atmosphere. Gated and secure entranced manned 24 hours a day. Helpful staff available 24 hrs. Lovely walking and fitness trails, just west of Rt. 41 south of Gladiolous Blvd.

Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs is about 20 to 25 minutes away. Very quiet, alot of nature to see and explore. Manatees, dolphins, gopher tortises, kayaking etc. We are very close to the Bell Tower Shoppes. Over 100 stores and fine restaurants.Miramar outlet Mall is about 20 minutes away. Over 250 outlet stores in the complex. Our favorite local spot is "Skip One Seafood" which is just north of the entrance. Or maybe you want a great wrap or chocolate shake, "Crispers" is the place to go.

If you want more excitement then we suggest nearby Fort Myers Beach, were you will find parasailing, jet skis,beach music, beach bars etc. We suggest Parrot Key as an evening destination. Sanibel and Captiva for some great shelling& sunsets. If you like baseball the Twins and Red Sox are 10 minutes away.

This is a gem of a property. Great location, golf and tennis on the site. Very upscale, very very clean, this is a private home and it feels that way. Quiet surroundings,beautiful scenary, this property is well maintained. Great restaurants and shopping near by. Took owners suggestion on Barefoot Beach. One beautiful beach that came with all the extras. They have beach chirs and umbrellas in the unit if you need them. Pulled the car right up to the door too!fdny
