Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

Our unit is located on a lake at the second hole. There is a king bed in the master and twins in the guest room. Every amenity and need is provided for you. There is a flat screen TV, cable and Internet access. Relax on the lanai or have a romantic candlelight dinner. The waterfowl will entertain you for hours.
Kelly Greens is a gated golf and country club affording the privileges one would expect from a classic country club; a professional tennis facility, swimming pools, and a new fitness centre. The clubhouse has just been completely remodeled and contains a full service dining room and lounge. The grounds are a blend of graceful palms, flowers and shimmering lakes.
The beautifully landscaped 6800 yard par 72 championship golf course winds gracefully through the community. The course is impecably maintained and is constantly being upgraded. Our membership is fully transferable for a $265 fee for monthly renters. Alternatively, a dining transfer is available for $125.
The course is both challenging and fun. Go to the Kelly Greens site on the internet for a tour of the course. The tennis courts are among the finest clay courts in Southwest Florida.

Area Information

Kelly Greens is by far the best located golf resort in Fort Myers. It is both secluded and yet close to everything. Access is off Summerlin between San Carlos (which is the main access to Fort Myers Beach) and the Sanibel/Captiva causeway, which is just 2 miles away. Every possible need or desire is close by; from world class restaurants to fast foods, hospitals and the amenmities of Sanibel/Captiva, Fort Myers Beach and Downtown Fort Myers. The Tanger Outlet Mall is a mile away. Several major food stores, fish markets and fruit markets are around the corner.
The protected waters in this area afford some of the best boating and fishing in Florida. Boat rentals are available at many locations. There are 75 restaurants reachable by water. Explore the numerous mangroves and estuaries in this area by canoe or kayak.
Bunche Beach Nature Preserve is only 2 miles away. This unspoiled beach is becoming a must visit.

Deposits: 30% deposit upon booking, 50% of the rental 60 days prior and the balance of the rental 30 days before occupancy along with a $500 cheque as a security deposit that will be returned upon satisfactory return of the premises to the owner.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: A $265 transfer fee for transfer of our golf membership applies for rentals of a month or more. The membership is not transferable for shorter rentals. A cheque for the taxes (11%) postdated to the end of your stay is also required.

Great Location!

This Condo has a great location - within 15 minutes of Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach, and Lee County Sports Complex. The gated community is very quiet and secure. Very friendly residents. The condo is a little older but very clean.

Great location, gated and hence private and noiseless. Located on Kelly Greens G.C., but course is not readily available. Several restaurants nearby, notably The Lighthouse and arty Sanibel Island is only three miles away. Bird watchers can have a field day.
