Tenants enjoy FULL owner privelages of the entire property, including UNLIMITED golf for a one time $250 transfer fee. Beautiful and clean condo. Nicely decorated with golf motif. Great view of #17 fairway and 38 acre lake. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Both bathrooms stocked with towels, beach towels, hair dryer etc. Owner is great to work with and very accommodating.

From the land of ice and snow to a tropical paradise… Where you stay greatly influences the quality of your vacation. The owners Ron and Cheryl did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and as nice as possible. The unit is spacious, attractive, comfortable and well appointed. LOOK NO FURTHER...Excellent turnkey rental with wonderful view of lake, sunrise & sunset; 2 golf courses (no problem with tee times); nicely furnished, laundry & condo is fully equiped. Great location to local pool and clubhouse; excellent dining, well priced; top notch golf instructors, staff at pro shop and club house; library; tennis courts. Ron is exceptional to deal with, he takes pride in his property and made everything easy for us. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would have booked next spring, however, unit is booked already. Thank you again for giving us such a nice place to spend our winter. It was great to come into a unit so well maintained, and furnished so well. My wife and I have been coming to Naples and Fort Myers for many years. A friend recommended that I check into this unit at Heritage Palms. We had a great stay - My wife utilized the fitness center and tennis courts, while I golfed most every day. To have 2 great courses on property was just super. We also both enjoyed the phenominal view from the lania of both the golf course and the large lake. The dining was excellent as well, and in walking distance of the unit. We will be back!!

We have stayed in several properties in Fort Meyers over the past 10 years, but none this nice. The property is world class, and the unit was top notch. It was great to have 2 courses to choose from, and I never had any trouble getting a tee time. If we were ever to buy a property in Florida, we would definitely choose Heritage Palms!

The property is breathtaking, and the unit is immaculate. We loved our view of the golf course and lake from the lanai. It is wonderful to come down and have everything we need already in the unit! The restaurant and main pool are one block from the unit. We also appreciated the security of the property being gated. We will definitely be returning!
