Excellent Stay

We had an excellent in this centrally located comfortable condo! We visit Fort Myers to go to attend spring training games and go to the beach. This condo was so conveniently located between both and close to excellent dining! The condo was a perfect size and was very comfortable. The owner, Gilda and the property manager, Cerise were so very easy to work with and helped make our stay a real delight! Thank you to both of them.

Great location

The unit is very comfortable and close to everything. It was so convenient to get to the beach, shopping, restaurants, biking trails, and walking in the beautiful Lakes Park. The condo development has a wonderful heated pool and hot tub for realxing and the residents are very friendly. The area is quiet and very safe.

VERY Nice Place

If you are looking for a house at a reasonable price, this is it. The house is roomy and clean with a TV in every room except the kitchen and the pool area. The livingroom furniture is comfortable and clean, as are the bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equiped. The neighbors are all friendly and the neighborhood is quite and clean. Shopping is relatively close and if you want to go to the beach, about 10 miles. Probably the only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star is the pool is not heated. We loved our stay and would return in heartbeat!! Didn't meet the owners but they were overly accommodating.........Thanks to them!!!!

Pleasant stay

I had the pleasure of sharing a large coach home with my friend and my husband. The space was generous and the furniture very comfortable. The beds were excellent with large bathrooms. The master was especially large with attached huge bathroom and walk-in closet. We also had a utility room with storage as well as a washer and dryer.In addition we had an attached garage. So we enjoyed ourselves with fabulous weather getting away from an awful winter in the north. our landlord responded to all of our needs from carpet cleaning as well as an electrical problem. The location is an easy drive to most beaches and shopping. I would recommend anyone who wants a comfortable place in Florida for months to rent this lovely home.

We recently rented a property at Majestic Palms in Fort Myers and we were very satisfied with our rental property, the location, the appearance, and the cleansliness of the unit we rented. We would definately rent the same unit again.

parkside location was great very tropical grounds and location was the best close to the beaches and everything else very clean condo and complex condo had everything you can need we will repeat thats for sure
