Like new, rarely used. Elevator access from ground floor.

Area Description
Perfect location for access to I-75, the airport, restaurants, shopping and three beaches (Fort Myers, Bonita and Sanibel, Captiva). The grounds, lakes, fountains make Legends a beautiful place for walking or cycling.
Legends is situated on Fiddlestix Blvd, just off Daniels Parkway. This unit is a short walk to the pool, where gas or charcoal grills are available. It's also within walking distance to the clubhouse, larger pool and workout room.
The golf course is private, but public courses are nearby.
