Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

Fully furnished and beautifully appointed 3 bedroom (2 king beds, 2 twin beds) home, with 2 full baths and attached single car garage in the resort style golf community; Colonial Country Club.

The 1800 sq ft 2nd floor end unit carriage home has beds galore (and we don't mean pull out couches either!!!). A king bed is in the master AND 2nd bedroom; and two twin beds are in the 3rd bedroom. The master AND 2nd bedroom has a large LCD flat panel color TV with remote. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, alarm clock, and bed linens. The 3rd bedroom has a regular color TV with remote.

The master bath has his/her sinks, a separate shower (no tub), a separate water closet (toilet) and all baths come fully furnished with towels.

The well-stocked kitchen includes all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you'll ever need and a place setting for 12! Dine in the main dining room, the eat-in kitchen, the extended kitchen counter, or the lanai.

A full size washer and dryer are in the home. High-speed internet, an HP color printer/fax/copier and desk are at your disposal, along with pool floats and two bikes with air compressor for the tires.

A comfortably furnished screened lanai overlooks a tranquil lake and is a wonderful place to relax after a day of sunshine.

The heated pool and Jacuzzi are next door. Because of the many pools to choose from, our pool never gets crowded. It's truly like having the pool to your self. And while you're at the pool, fire up the gas grill for some delicious steaks.

Colonial Country Club has 24-hour security and activities that can't be matched. The clubhouse provides both casual and formal dining and a bar for weekday happy hours.

Tennis courts, an 18-hole Gordon G. Lewis 'pay-as-you-play' golf course, wonderfully flat walking and biking trails, a full-time activities director and even a state-of-the-art fitness center offering a masseuse for long overdue massages are available. We welcome your small dog with an additional refundable security deposit and we're sorry, no smokers please.

Due to the Homeowner's Association, this property is a monthly rental only.

Jan - Apr $2900 (elec, water, high-speed internet, and cable included)
May - Oct $1800 (elec, water, high-speed internet, and cable included)
Nov - Dec $2600 (elec, water, high-speed internet, and cable included)

We are 15-minutes from Southwest Florida's International Airport and I-75.

The famous Minnesota Twins-Hammond Stadium and the Red Sox City of Palms Ball Park are 9 miles away or about a 15-minute drive.

Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Sun Splash Water Park, and the Miramar Outlets are within 20-minutes.

Naples, Sanibel Island, and the beaches are 25-minutes away.

$500 refundable security deposit ($1000 with pet)
$100 one-time cleaning fee due with final payment

After the 45-day period, a full refund will be given only if the house can be rented for the same rent and time period.

The condo was great. We were right next to the heated pool which made it very convenient for even the quickest of dips. Shopping was close by, and the club facilities were top drawer. Ft. Myers is close to many attractions. We took the ferry to Key West for a great day trip. There is a "monster" Flea Market just a mile or so away for unique shopping or just people watching. The beach is only a short drive as is the islands off of Ft. Myers. The golf course is beautiful; in addition to the one at the Colonial Country Club, there are several others just a short drive away. We are considering getting back in touch to book our Snow Bird trip for 2009 at the same condo. The neighbors in adjoining condos were very friendly and provided good info on what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend this rental.  more...
