Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

This condo has everything. Resort style living, with one of the best areas for fishing in Florida. Best in the world for Snook and Red Fish and also excellent for Tarpin. Manatee and dolphin sightings abound. Enjoy drinks on the waterfront gazebo watching the sun set over Sanibel Island. Enjoy some of the gulf's best fishing or spend a day at the Sanibel Habour Spa right next door. Brand new Yacht Club on site.
Our condo has an open floor plan with a lanai. Large 2 bedroom/2 bath with a washer and dryer. Everything completely remolded in 07. Fully furnished. Outside there is shuffle board, grilling, hot tub, pool, yacht club and fishing.
The beaches for Sanibel Island are on the Travel Channel's 10 best beaches to see in Florida and #1 for shelling. The beaches are just over the bridge. We are the last property before the bridge to Sanibel Island.
There are no problems with parking and there is an Elevator.
We are located on the second floor. There is a total of 4 floors.
Boat rentals or excursions available and can be arranged for you.Ask for more information.

Area Description

Fort Myers beach is just a few miles away. The Sanibel/ Captiva beaches are just over the Sanibel bridge. There are local shops in addition to outlet mall shopping. Wonderful restaurants through out the entire area and we are happy to provide recommendations.

Deposits: $300.00 Security deposit that is held and mailed back to you when you leave.It is fully refundable. This is a non smoking unit. The deposit to hold a rental is not refundable if there is a cancellation on renters part.
Other Fees: Condo cleaning fee is $70.00, please leave check or cash for her when you leave.

This is a super condo. Clean, has everything you could possibly need. if you don't have it then, the owner will do her best to give it to you. Wonderful owner, very helpful. We loved it so much that we're going back this year. Great for the guys too....they can go fishing and the golf is only minutes away. Great view....Don't be afraid to recommend it to your friends.

Ditto to everything my stepdaughter Cheryl said. Her dad and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The condo was beautiful, updated, well-maintained, and with lovely views of the water and bridge to Sanibel from the lanai and master bedroom. Very peaceful, low-traffic area -- and yet only minutes to restaurants and shopping. I only wish we could have stayed there longer!!

We just returned from staying at this condo and it was perfect; we loved the lay out & cleanliness of the condo and the views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai (which is completely screened in)in the evening and sipping wine while we visited with our son who is staying in Ft Myers. The owner is very nice and even called during our stay to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this rental & would return there if ever in the area again. We enjoyed sunsets both on the fishing pier on this property as well as from the beach in Sanibel Island. We were able to see a manatee right off the fishing pier and although we didn't fish there were people who did and seemed to catch some nice, big fish.
