Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

THREE MONTH RENTAL (OR LONGER) ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED!!! This a one bedroom, one bath condo with wireless internet, on the second story or a two story building. It is very clean and quiet. You are minutes from the beach of Fort Myers and Sanibel. Come enjoy the tranquility of the heated pool, play tennis or see the local beaches, fishing or gambling boats, shelling, shopping, or do absolutely nothing but relax on the lanai! You have everything you need except groceries. There is a grocery store within one block. Also coin operated laundry on lower level. We do not have a cleaning service, you clean it when you leave and wash all linens used. This helps keep the cost down.

Area Information

South Fort Myers, close to beaches, shopping, bike path. 15 to 20 minutes from airport.

True to their word

This condo is perfect for one or two people on vacation. It was clean and had everything I needed. The owners were very friendly and excellent response time with communications. It is a short drive to the beach (approx 10 minutes without traffic). I visited slightly out of peak-season and so found the neighborhood to indeed be very quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Pool was warm. Overall, I thought this condo was a great value.

It was absolutely wonderful. The condo itself was great and the grounds were gorgeous. The employees at the gate were even wonderful. I felt so safe and relaxed. Thank you! Highly recommended!
