Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

This property is a 2nd floor end unit 2 bedroom/2 bath Villa with vaulated ceilings It also has a den with pocket doors and a 1 car garage. It is part of a private golfing country club community. Condo is turn-key furnished and has a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Unique layout of floor plan includes two screened porches. One in the front of the property and one in the rear of the property. We even include 2 bikes for you to ride! This Kelly Greens condo has beautiful views of the 9th Ladies Tee and surrounding water. The location of this condo is convenient to everything only a short drive or bike ride to anywhere you'll want to be! Shopping, dinning and award winning beaches. Only 3 miles to the Fort Myers Beach town square/fishing pier area also 3 miles the other direction to the Sanibel Island causeway. Just a short distance from the Beach Trolley depot. Golfing membership privledges are $200 to play with a 30 day minimum stay.

Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club is located in the south Fort Myers area within about 2 miles of the Sanibel Island causeway. It is within biking distance to 3 award winning beaches. Within walking distance to beach trolley, outlet mall shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Only 2 minutes to Lee Memorial's state of the art HealthPark medical facility. Also, within minutes of the Barbara B. Mann performing arts center. This golfing community is located directly on Summerlin Road and within minutes to McGregor Blvd, San Carlos Blvd., Gladiolus Drive and US 41. You can definately "get there from here" -- no matter where your desired destination is. Or stay in your private secluded condo with an "away from it all" atmosphere.

This is a fun in the sun atmosphere. Private gated community. Lovely quiet neighborhood to walk or ride your bike.

Great location and facility

Kelly Greens is a lovely development, with a scenic, well kept golf course,and a nice clubhouse with great food atreasonable prices. Note that they will be remodeling the clubhouse in May of 2012. There are several different types of homes to choose from, depending on your requirements. If you do not want to climb steps, do not stay on the 2nd fl. Veranda. The Manor and Terrace condos have elevators, but no garage (Veranda has a garage but no elevator). They have carports to keep your car out of the sun. The main pool is very nice and clean. The pool in the Veranda section we stayed in was not as clean (leaves and debris in the pool), although it was closer than the main pool. Lots of chairs and umbrellas, too. Would recommend this development due to it's proximity to Sanibel, local beaches,shopping and great restaurants (The Lighthouse is the best and Gator Bites is a fun place).
