This property is a 2nd floor end unit 2 bedroom/2 bath Villa with vaulated ceilings It also has a den with pocket doors and a 1 car garage. It is part of a private golfing country club community. Condo is turn-key furnished and has a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Unique layout of floor plan includes two screened porches. One in the front of the property and one in the rear of the property. We even include 2 bikes for you to ride! This Kelly Greens condo has beautiful views of the 9th Ladies Tee and surrounding water. The location of this condo is convenient to everything only a short drive or bike ride to anywhere you'll want to be! Shopping, dinning and award winning beaches.
