This property is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with den and 1 car garage 2nd floor end unit condo. It is part of a golfing country club setting. Condo is turnkey furnished and has a washer and dryer in the in unit. Unique layout of floor plan includes two screened lanais. One in the front of the property and one in the rear of the property. We even include bikes for you to ride! This Kelly Greens condo has beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding water. The location of this condo is convenient to everything.
