This spacious unit has new furnishings, new carpeting in the bedrooms and new tile throughout and all new appliances including a washer and dryer. You are steps away from one of 10 heated swimming pools and close to the community clubhouse, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, fitness center and more.

We are accepting short-term renters for a minimum of 30 days, but this condo would be ideal for those interested in a comfortable long-term stay. We are looking for renters who will want to treat this condo as if it were their own! This condo is non-smoking and sorry, but no pets are allowed.

We spent a little over one month in this condo in Cinnamon Cove in Fort Myers during May 2009. The condo is in excellent condition with all new appliances and very upscale furniture. The lanai was great for sitting out without having to deal with the bugs.Also it's on a lake with lots of wildlife to watch. The birds are amazing. It's close to lots of shopping , supermarkets and dining however a car is a must. Fort Myers Beach is only 10 minutes away. Cinnamon cove is an immaculate retirement community with lots of amenities such as a great swimming pool just across the street. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a quite relaxing atmosphere. The only thing we found was that there is no BBQing available at the condo but there is a fine BBQ area at the Community Center. We certainly enjoyed out stay here and would no hesitate to rent it again if we return to this area.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was spotless with many extras. The area is wonderful and very quiet. Being from Canada, we were pleased that we had an RBC bank close. We felt welcome by everyone living in the complex and would consider going back to the area. The golfing was very good.

We couldn't have been more pleased. We were a little skeptical to say the least reserving on line sight unseen but we were extremely pleased upon arrival. Everything was as pictured. It was very nicely decorated and it was spotless. There were ample linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is excellent, convenient to everything.
