This two bedroom, two bath condominum offers accommodations with living room, dining area, fully appointed kitchen, master bedroom with bath,queen guest bedroom and second bath, with full size washer and dryer. Watch the boats and dolphin go by in San Carlos Bay and take in the views of Picnic Island and Pine Island. You'll have just the right exposure for watching spectacular sunset from the screened-in lanai.
This condo is on floor 1 of 4. There is no problems with parking and there is an Elveator.

Area Information

Fort Myers Beach is just a few miles away. The Sanibel/Captiva beaches are just over Sanibel bridge. There are local shops in addition to outlet mall shopping. Wonderful restaurants through out the entire area, boating and shelling.

Lovely accomodations

March 25, 2009

We had just a short stay in Punta Rassa, but found everything clean, the owners very accomodating, and the condo very convenient to anything we wanted to do. The condo was decorated very nicely and the bed was comfortable. The walking paths in the area were picturesque and the view was lovely. If there was any negative, it would be the fact that the condo was on the 1st floor, and there was lots of marina activity going on outside the lanai. A higher floor would have provided more privacy as well as a better view. All in all, it was a good experience, and one that we'd consider again.
