Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking heated pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis courts and shuffleboard. Great Location , only 5 minutes to Sanibel Island/Captiva and 10 minutes to Fort Myers beach.Oversized Condo for this complex, featuring a breakfast nook eating area, breakfast bar with stools and a large living room.All amenties in kitchen & condo offers a laundry room. Master bedroom and living room open onto a private Lanai overlooking a large pond with a fountain. Many Golf coarses and shopping outlets in the area. Discounts will be offered for multiple months. Rates start at $1,800.00 per month. Weekly rentals are available from May until January, starting at $500.00 per week.

My wife daughter and I rented our condo on Bellamar Circle for one week in late January, 2012. It was easy to book online and the owners were very accommodating. On arrival we found our condo to be neat and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay such as bath towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery was also clean and in good condition. However, there were a few small problems. Firstly the neighbors liked their music really, really loud which was a bit annoying. Secondly, one of the smoke detectors woke us up at 3 AM when it started beeping about once a minute. We had to get up on the ladder and change the battery. Those problems aside, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be going the "rent a condo'" route next time we travel to Florida.

The unit was clean and neat. It is within 10 minutes of the beach, shops and restaurants. Although the furnishings are serviceable, they are older. The unit's WIFi was easy to use. The lanai overlooks the lagoon.

This was a beautiful condo. The beauty of it was that it was NOT right on the beach in the midst of all the commotion, which meant our teens had to come back with us (which meant they stayed of out trouble). We'd go again. We learned that we needed to leave early in the morning to get to the beach and avoid the traffic, which wasn't a problem. The condo was beautiful and air was not required as the cross-breeze was great. We'd go again in a heart beat!

This is a lovely condo. The condo has all the amenities that is needed for a relaxing stay. The patio overlooks a quiet lagoon. We would stay at this place again on our next visit to Ft. Myers.

We had a wonderful experience at the Windward Way Condo's. It is a beautiful place to stay and everyone we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. We have family that plan to stay there next winter and others that would like to look into buying one of the condos there. Affordable and worth every penny. You should look into it today.
