3rd floor(with elevator) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with great view from our lanai of the 17th tee and 16th green of the Kelly Greens golf course. Also overlooks a wetland area which is teaming with bird life.
Kelly Greens is a gated community and the home of a par 72 championship golf course which is integrated gracefully into the community.The well maintained course is challenging but very playable for all levels of golfer. In additional to golf, the country club has swimming pools, a fitness center, sauna and hot tubs, and a professional tennis facility. The clubhouse has a great dining room and grill room for lunch and dinner.

• Other Fees: It you desire to use Kelly Greens golf course or it's clubhouse resturant, there is a $265 transfer fee of our membership to renting party to enable the renter's use of these facilities. Please indicate if you want temporary membership at the time of booking. A resturant only use fee at $125 has been recently added as an option. Please note that no cleaning fee is being requested but we ask our guests to leave the unit reasonably clean as turn around for our next guests can be short
