The Property: The property is a 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story, 12 unit building, having 1436 square feet. The unit is facing the 18th fairway and lake and has all the necessities needed for a great vacation. Just bring your personal items and we are certain the rest is waiting your arrival. Kitchen spices, condiments, beach chairs and towels, 2 bicycles, golf clubs, etc., it’s all there (even a computer with high speed capability. We are going on an extended boat trip and will not be using our southern hideaway this season. It is available for the 09/10 season. You name your time as we are flexible.

The Hideaway includes an 18 hole golf course, 5 neighborhood swimming pools with patios, putting green, chipping area, Har-Tru tennis courts and grills at the pool areas or each building. The club house has dining, entertainment and a bar.

The Hideaway Golf and Country Club is a gated community, 20 minutes from The Fort Myers International Airport, just 2 blocks east of # 41 where the prime shopping and dining area of South Fort Myers is located. Approximately 10 miles to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island.
