Great location off College Parkway and Winkler...easy access in any direction. Restaurants in 2 directions --walk to Starbucks across the street! 3 miles to Edison home 10 miles to beaches. Community Pool,Hot tub and fitness room! Great off season rates start at 1200/month. Winter rates start at 2300.00/mo --if booking 3 or more months. plus those pesky taxes. I have three condos in this community.
