Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental
Condo is in gated community with beautifull pool located 50 feet from your lanai. Queen size beds in each bedroom. Walkin closet in master bedroom and TV's in each bedroom. Large living room/dining room and eat in kitchen.
Area Description
Located in the "golden triangle" that is 10 mins. from Sanibel and South Ft. Myers Beach. Shopping (Publix, K-Mart and Target are less than 5 minutes) and restraunts are also very close. We are a 5 minute walk to the Caloosahatchee River and our marina. The area is very safe and has a lake featuring a walk path.
Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Great sportsbar is 1 mile, Great Italian rest. 3 miles. Library is 3 miles. Pizza at more than 5 places less than 4 miles. Our pool is gated and very private......good size.
