Are you looking for an extended vacation in a beautiful high rise condo? Minimum Stay is 1 Month.
The Beau Rivage in Fort Myers is the place to be. It is on the water, walking distance to down town, a great pool/hot tub, fitness center, billiards room, sauna, theater room and much more.
This 18th floor unit is 3 BR 3 Bath plus Den and a huge Great room. The unit is 1975 sq ft under air.
A large screened in lanai off the great room and master bedroom has a table for 6, a great place to watch the sunset while eating dinner. There is also a wrap around terrace off the other two bedrooms. The Master bath has a shower and separate over sized soaking tub.
Monthly price includes water, electric, basic cable, and wireless internet in unit.
Application fee, background/credit check and security deposit extra. SORRY NOT AVAILABLE FOR WEEKLY RENTAL, association requires a minimum 1 month lease.
Small pets are negotiable up to 25 lb.
This unit is privately owned, and beautifully furnished with everything you need for a long vacation.
Just bring a toothbrush and your clothes!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Several restaurants and bars are walking distance, downtown is just a mile away, for a nice dinner or relaxing drinks, Ford Garage is never a disappointment. For a quick evening snack Evans Pizza is a 5 minute walk, and my personal favorite is Mama Mia for Italian or Iguana Mia for Mexican, both are about 5 miles away on Cleveland Ave. If your from the Midwest and miss that good Chicago Pizza or Italian Beef Sandwich check out Lenny C's in North Fort Myers also on Cleveland Ave, about 4 miles away.
