Palm Beach Landing Condo

The one bedroom condo was clean, bright, comfortable and convenient with a nice swimming pool, BBQ area and common room. The building complex is right on the river and the building manager is friendly and cooperative. The owner was timely in all her duties and kept in touch before and after our stay. While designed to sleep 2 it can easily accomodate 4; we did that using an aero bed in the living area one weekend. The price was definitely right and I would recommend Palm Beach Landing as a great place to rent. The condo is in a great location a short walk from downtown Fort Myers with all the bars, resturants and stores. A Publix supermarket was a short drive away and the surrounding area includes parks, beaches, shopping centers, docks and piers and a variety of regular entertainment. A trip to Fort Myers Beach is about 1/2 hour away traffic permitting.

This apartment afforded us a most pleasant month in Fort Myers. It was clean and very well-kept. The owner was ready to help in any way. There was easy access to the quaint shops and sidewalk cafes in the downtown area. There was always some event going on in the downtown area, such as art walks and music concerts. Since the apartment is located on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River, sunrises and sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. This was definitely the good life!

GREAT APARTMENT

We stayed at this lovely 1br apt for the month of Feb 2011 and really loved it. Clean and well maintained apt. Owner very helpful and friendly. Great neighbours and friendly staff. Great cycling and walking paths along the river and downtown Fort Myers. Our only disapointment, beach is about 30 - 40 minute drive. Mary & Leo
