Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental
This gated community with 24 hour security features a clubhouse with pool, spa, bocce, shuffleboard,tennis courts, three satellite pools and two lakes with fishing allowed. The clubhouse has a library with thousands of books, board games, a pool table, ping pong, meeting room, WiFi, kitchen and work-out room. A full-time activities director plans recreational activities and parties. (Please see Cinnamon Cove for current calendar of events).
The first floor condominium sleeps up to 6 and has all the amenities needed---a full kitchen with all appliances, 32" LCD cable television, 2 enormous bedrooms (king and queen) with plenty of closet space, a sofa bed, washer and dryer, screened patio, and assigned covered parking.
Monthly rental is required, and there are discounts for multiple, consecutive months (3 or more in season). Maid service 2x per month included, weekly maid service with additional fee. NO PETS BY ASSOCIATION RULES--DO NOT INQUIRE FOR EXCEPTION, NO SMOKING.

Approximately: 2 miles to Bunche Beach, 2 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 3 miles to Sannibel bridge beaches. 25 minutes to airport, Coconut Point or Gulf Coast shopping. 5 minutes to Tanger Outlet. 30 minutes to Bonita Beach, dog racing, Boston Red Sox training camp.
15 minutes to major medical centers.
