This CONDO WAS JUST COMPLETLY RENOVATED... furnished condo On First Floor (no stairs . RIGHT . ACCROSS FROM THE POOL)features a large living room/dining room combination, pantry style kitchen WITH GRANITE COUNTERS.., fully applianced, large master bedroom. SLEEPS 6 2 DOUBLE BEDS AND A FUTON..Screened Lanai and washer and dryer are included. I do have 2 bikes available on request . Also a bbq grill at the pool. This facility has two HEATED.POOLS This is a terrific location for a well-rounded vacation of beachcombing, shelling, golfing, sightseeing, dining, and shopping.If you like to shop, you will be close to upscale malls, beach shopping, or one of the largest flea markets you have ever seen. Centrally located, within 6 miles to the bridges connecting the resort islands paradise of Sanibel and Captiva and the bridge to Ft. Myers Beach. Dozens of restaurants, stores ( WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE , golf courses and attractions within 10 minutes drive.
Great for single professionals or couples ,electric/water and cable included, absolutely NO PET and NO SMOKING please. This is a quiet area with many attractions min. away. It is an easy to drive to all the baseball stadiums where the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox, Roy Hobbs, and college baseball and softball tournaments are held.

We really enjoyed our stay here and desire to return. The owner was very accomodating and her property is clean and very comfortable. Our holiday was relaxing and very enjoyable as we toured the Fort Myers area and enjoyed the heated swimming pool. We would highly recommend this property to anyone desiring a to come to Fort Myers.
