How would you like to stay in a BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground-floor condo in South Fort Myers, a condo with a large lanai surrounded by lush vegetation, and trade winds that keep you cool and comfortable in a place you will want to visit again and again?

This comfortably furnished condo is well located in South Ft. Myers. (only 2 miles from the Sanibel Island Causeway) The living room features a television with upgraded cable including HBO and a sleeper sofa. There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 2 full baths. The large screened lanai (with sliding doors to the condo) is the perfect place for you to relax and is only steps from the gorgeous heated pool area with abundant lounge chairs. The pool is exclusively for use by the 30 units at Davis Court and offers privacy and solitude unlike nearby condo developments that have 100 units for the same size pool. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and there is a washer dryer unit as well.

This condominium complex (Davis Court), offers a swimming pool, a tennis court and shuffleboard. Designated parking is next to the condo unit.

Area Information

There are also plenty of exciting activities nearby such as the 18-hole Shell Point golf course across the street which is both convenient and reasonably priced. The unit is near the famous Ft. Myers Beach and 2 miles from the causeway to beautiful Sanibel Island. Bunche Beach is very close by, and the area offers fishing, canoeing, and water-skiing. Virtually any water activity is available. Within walking distance is the Tanger Outlets and a Publix supermarket. The area offers great restaurants and unlimited activities.
