Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental
IN SEASON RENTAL (December - April) $3,500 per month.
This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo has a large, enclosed lanai that overlooks the 16th fairway. The floor plan is light and airy with easy access to all parts of the house. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a private bath with two vanities and a tiled shower. The guest bath has a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed with twin beds in the third bedroom. Bed linens and towels are included.
All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. There is a large TV in the living room and VCR and DVD players are available. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. There is a computer printer available as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, disposal and coffee maker. Dishes, flatware and pots and pans are included. There is an expansive granite counter top with bar stools, a separate dining room, a dining nook off the kitchen and a dining table and chairs and gas grill on the lanai.
Olde Hickory Golf Club is a manned gated golf community located near I-75 and the Regional Southwest Airport. This championship golf course, designed by Ron Garl, has state of the art Tif-Eagle Bermuda greens, six sets of tees to accommodate golfers of differing abilities, a chipping green, driving range and putting green.
The newly renovated clubhouse has both formal and casual dining, locker rooms, sauna, a pro shop and exercise room. Next to the clubhouse is a remodeled pool area with a junior size Olympic swimming pool, pool house, hot tub and three lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts.

areas and parks nearby and it is a short drive to the islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach. For baseball fans, the both MN Twins stadium the new Boston Red Sox spring training facility is also located within a 5 minute drive.
