Open floor plan: Vaulted ceiling living room with new 32 inch TV,DVD player Vhs/CD Stereo.. Dining-Kitchen has all cooking utensils, garabge disposal,dishwasher, microwave, ice maker,and every appliance you could need, as well as full-size washer and dryer in utility room.

Area Information
The unit is located McGregor near College, a half mile from Publix, CVS, Video and other shops and restaurants. This complex is primarly occupied by retired owners many snow birds and just a few seasonal renters. Nice large heated pool not crowded.
Amenities:Air Conditioning/heat,cable TV, VCR Stereo , CD player.Full Kitchen, Built in Microwave, Dishwasher,Refrigerator/ice maker. Every cooking appliance you could meed. Full size washer dryer in utilty room.Outside Gas BBQ Grill.. We furnished this unit for our personel use. It's complete nice pictures and mirrors on walls.
Activities close by: Biking,Golf,Red Socks Park, Tennis,Shuffleboard, WildlifeViewing, Live Theater. Cinemas, Beach/Swimming ,Shelling and much more.
