Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

Fall in love with fabulous water views of the Caloosahatchee River from every room of this newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1000 sq ft condo with balcony near downtown Fort Myers. Your stay includes docks perfect for fishing or catching amazing sunsets over the Edison Bridge and free use of a boat slip is available with rental. Enjoy a small friendly gated community offering a clubhouse with pool table, pool and jacuzzi and plenty of green space with horseshoe area, BBQ and picnic tables on premises.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, second room has a highrise that can be set up as one or two single beds or joined together for a seamless queen and sofa in living room is a very comfortable Lazy Boy queen convertible.
Rental rates start at $2800.00 for one month during the winter. Please contact us for great multiple months discount based on length of stay. A $500.00 refundable security deposit along with paperwork is needed prior to confirmation.
*We love dogs and cats, but for the comfort of others we do not allow pets in the unit.

Experience Florida's fabulous gulf coast this year! Fort Myers is a revitalized riverside city with shopping, restaurants and weekend events featuring food, art, music and parades. Free Trolley service operates from condo to downtown through the winter months. Located on the Caloosahatchee River, a part of the inter-coastal waterway. The river is home to Manatee Park, a non-captive refuge for the Florida Manatee with butterfly garden. About a twenty minute drive to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands known for world class fishing. During your stay be sure to visit the winter estates of Ford and Edison and enjoy a ballgame at the new spring training complex for the Boston Red Sox's known as Fenway South, with the same dimensions as Fenway Park and many similar features, including a Green Monster left field wall.

Wonderful experience

We just recently stayed at Loretta and Jim' condo.We enjoyed our month of janurary so much there.The condo had just been updated,and may I say very tastefully done.WE felt very blessed to have had the privilage to stay there.There is so much to do in Ft. Myers,the historic down town water front district has so many good places to eat,and a lovely place to walk. The cobble stone streets and town is beautiful .We went to Ft Myers beach, Lovers Key State Park { Iwould highly recommend this ] a very beautiful beach. Sanibel ,Captiva Naples,and just down the road from the condo is the Edison and Ford estate, we went there several times so enjoyable.If you like to take nature walks the corkscrew was a favorite.The CONDO HAS A BEAUTIFUL RIVER VIEW,THE DECK WAS SO PLEASANT, WE HAD ALL OUR MEALS THERE, OF COURSE WITH CANDLES..I CAN SAY EACH SMALL DETAIL WAS TAKING TO MAKE OUR STAY PERFECT.
