Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental

This building is within walking distance to two of nine community pools. The main clubhouse is just across the street. The condo is fully furnished Florida decor. Cute, cozy very comfortable. Bedrooms are set up with king in master and twins in guest bedroom. Laundry room located in guest bath. Your lanai overlooks the green of Sabal golf course with preserve beyond. Heritage Palms amenities include; two 18-hole golf courses, pro shop, tennis courts and tennis shop, fitness center with FT director, main clubhouse and restaurant/bar, Lodge clubhouse and restaurant/bar, two pools with spa, fishing pier, basketball, play area and bocce ball. Tranfer the owner membership for $250 and play golf for only $44 a round. Community is financially fit and very active with activities galore.

Area Information

Heritage Palms is a golf and tennis community located in the heart of Ft. Myers. Very convenient to airport, both Boston and Twins practice facilities, beaches, restaurants and shopping.
