Description of the Fort Myers vacation home rental
This unfurnished 5 year old 2600 square foot executive home is on the mile wide intercoastal Caloosahatchee River. It is close to downtown Ft. Myers, Cape Coral and I-75. It has a formal dining room and living room. Sliding glass doors open the wall of the living room and family room to join the screen enclosed lanai. The master bedroom has two sliding glass doors onto the screened lanai as well. The negative edge pool with brass dolphin fountain is pefect for swimmng or just viewing the uninterpted river scenery. You have the perfect setting for catching your dinner off the dock, sipping a cool drink on the lanai while waiting for your catch to cook on the pool side grill. Tropical birds and sea creatures make this an ideal Florida vacation paradise.

With breathtaking views of the river this home is also across the street from an executive golf course. The area is nestled among mature trees and landscaping. It is the home of igrets and herons, and the nesting area of a bald eagle family. Located in N. Fort Myers, it is minutes from Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. Naples is just 30 miles south. The RSW Southwest International Airport is 15 minutes away. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva beaches are 20-30 minutes by car or hop on a boat at the dock outside the back door and enjoy the ride on the river that runs into the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald water beaches. Tampa, Miami, Orlanda are 2-3 hours away and perfect day trips. Shopping Malls are in every direction and on both east and west coasts. This location has it all and reachable within minutes.

Deposits: A $7500 deposit is made at booking to hold the reservation. Two weeks prior to arrival the first month's rent is due. The deposit fee minus the clean-up fee ($300) will be returned after an inspection of the vacated property is made and deemed free of damage or loss.
