Live in the same gated golfing community as many of the Boston Red Sox players such as Jonathan Papalbon, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Tim Wakefield, etc.
Enjoy great golf, tennis, and other amenities with a transfer of the full golf and social membership- minimum rental of one month is required for transfer.
This spacious, 3 bedroom single-family home is located in the gated community of Colonial Country Club on the first tee with fantastic views of the lake, aqua driving range, and championship golf course. You won't even need a car after you arrive (only 10 minutes from the Fort Myers airport)because it is right in the heart of everything the club has to offer. When you walk out the back door of the large, screened lanai, you will be at the resort style heated swimming pool and spa, the tennis courts, fitness center, chipping green, aqua driving range and first tee. It is absolutely the most desirable location in the whole community. Features include an open floor plan with living room, formal dining room, full kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette area. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, "ice and water in the door" refrigerator, ceramic top stove, all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, etc. In addition, there are 2 televisions, 2 bathrooms, a VCR and DVD player, and high speed internet.
Colonial Country Club is an 18 hole, par 72 championship Troon golf facility with 5 sets of tees, an aqua driving range, gorgeous clubhouse with beautiful restaurant, fitness center, beautiful pools and spas, locker rooms, massage therapist, and personal trainer on staff. For those who like tennis, there is a state-of-the-art tennis facility with ten lighted Har-Tru courts and trained tennis professionals who offer personal or group instruction.

The club is very conveniently located- just off Treeline Blvd- 10 minutes from the Fort Myers International airport(RSW).
Activities and Attractions- Golf, tennis, swimming, spa, fitness center, driving range, putting green, sightseeing, shopping, relaxing, and enjoying the sunshine in this tropical paradise! There is also plenty of sightseeing to do. You can visit the Edison and Ford winter estates, or go shelling on Sanibel or Captiva islands. See the Red Sox or Minnesota Twins during spring training at the nearby stadiums.

• Deposits: In order to reserve this home, we will send you a lease by e-mail. When you sign it and send it back, we require a $500. deposit. This will be considered the same as a security/damage/cleaning deposit and will be returned in full at the end of the lease provided that there is no damage or cleaning require. If cleaning is required, a minimum fee of $100. will be deducted from this deposit. If more extensive cleaning is required, an additional fee will be deducted.
   
• Other Fees: Rates vary depending on the month- $2500- $4500 per month. If desired, full golf and social membership can be included for a small transfer fee (about $206). This would provide you with all the privileges of an owner and enable you to play golf for just the cart fee- no greens fee. (The regular greens fees were $125. per person last year during the high season, and will probably go up again this year.)Please contact us for current monthly rates.
