Jamaica Bay is an adult community (guests including children can stay up to two weeks per visit), with
24-hour manned gated security. It is very near stores, restaurants, hospitals, churches,and entertainment.

It is 20 minutes from the Southwest Regional Airport and the beaches.

Jamaica Bay has 1,450 homes with all kinds of activities, including men's and women's golf and bowling leagues at reasonable prices. There is no charge for the use of all facilities.

During the tourist season, the Jamaica Bay Clubs put on dinners, dances, and shows which are open to all who live in Jamaica Bay. There are also many card games and board games going on throughout the day and evening. There are also classes in dancing, line-dancing, and aerobics.

• Deposits: $1,000 security deposit at time of rental agreement, and will be returned within 2 weeks of completion of the rental agreement.
