This home is located in the Island Park Woods boating community of Fort Myers, FL. There is a boat launch and a fishing dock next door to the home and the community pool is just steps away. The beautiful beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are just a short drive away (20 mins). SW Florida International Airport is just a short drive or cab ride away. (10 mins). Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Towne Center Mall, Bell Tower Shops, and Miramar Outlets with fabulous shops and restaurants are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training facilities both within 10-15 minutes.
