Description of the Fort Myers vacation home rental
We are booked till the end of March, 2009 season.
All pictures will be sent to you at your request.
This manufactured home is available starting April, 2009
for $1,000 Monthly thru November, 2009 on a monthly basis.
If you prefer a 2 to 3 month or more at one time we are
willing to drop the monthly rental fee to $850 monthly.
Ths home is a double wide, fully furnished with all utilities etc. paid (electric, water, sewage, lot rent,
garbage pick up and lawn care) by us.
Kitchen includes, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses,
Cups, Cooking utensils and Baking items, with many extra's
Dining Room incl., Table, 4 chairs, tablecloths, 6 placemats, 2 table inserts, standup fan, cabinet with games, etc.
Frontroom includes, Sony TV with VCR, Loveseat, Queensize
Hideabed sofa, with 2 chairs and a liftchair and endtables
with lamps.
Enclosed Porch includes, Couch, chair, endtables, with 2 lamps, tray tables, card table, with aluminum blinds for louvered windows amd exit to driveway.
Driveway includes Shed with Dryer, tools, ladders etc. and 2 Reg. Lawn Chairs plus a Lounge Chair, Bicycle, and Garden
hose, etc.
Bedrooms include: Beds as listed, sheets, comforters, TV in
Double Bed room and Fan, with endtables and lamps, chest of
drawers and dreasers. All new curtains in both BR's which
includes shades.
Home includes: Sweeper, Mop, Ironing Board, Bucket and much cleaning supplies with Washer in BR with attched Bath.
Home has a enclosed porch with louvered windows, shed, and covered carport.
New carpeting and kitchen floor plus many updates made in
2008 and early 2009.`
Park has 2 swimming pools, whirlpool clubhouse with many
activities. This is a secured and gated park.
Area Description
Located at Tropicana Mobile Home Park, within 2-3 miles
from Ft. Myers Beach on McGregor Blvd. and John Morris Rd.
and behind Kelly Greens on Summerlin.
Factory Outlet Mall within less the 1 mile and Grocery,
K-Mart, Target, Big Lots, Walgreens, etc. close by. Many
Thrift stores with great bargains on name brands within
5-10 minutes of home.
Many chuches, park for kids activities, Perkins, RibHouse,and Split Rail and Marti's (Great for Breakfast/Lunch), and Stars Pizza Restaurant (Great Pizza) plus many others within a 10 20 minute drive.
