We enjoyed the open and spacious concept of the house. The large outdoor area by the heated pool complete with the barbecue grill and great sitting area we throughly enjoyed. Everything was there to make our stay very comfortable. Being able to put our car in the garage was nice for unloading and reloading our car. The house was a lot farther from the beaches then we had expected.

Family friendly house

Family of four, children 7 and 10 stayed for two weeks. This house if perfect for family holidays - the pool is very nice, and the children loved it and harly needed anything else. The house is very spaceous, and the beds very comfortable. Both bathrooms are nice. The kitchen is very well equiped, we didn't miss anything. Only drawback for us it that its a bit far from the beaches.

I can really recommend - the house is very cosy and comfortable, in a quiet location and very well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool and our neiborough John was very helpful. A great family vacation.

The house is very spacious and accomodating. The pool was refreshing even in February because temps were over 80 everyday. A very welcoming and comfortable house. The one thing I would say is that the location was too far from the beaches-but that wasn't a bad thing after we learned where everything was-because the traffic was less congested where we were.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for all three generations of our family—toddlers, parents, and grandparents. Your team went out of your way to ensure all of our questions and special requests were met. Thanks for a making this a family trip we'll always remember fondly. The kitchen was well equipped, the master bath was beautiful, and the pool was warm and perfectly sized. We enjoyed the bug-free screened-in porch every evening. And the alarm system on the doors was a life-saver since we have young children who needed to be closely watched near the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the pool. I'd recommend this vacation home to anyone who might be considering staying in the Fort Meyers area. Close enough to the beaches, yet far enough away from all the busy traffic and noice. Nice!

This is the nicest house ever. Its big and open and clean as a whistle. The heated pool was great. We are letting everybody we know that this is the kind of house you want your kids to be in. No worry about bugs or bed mites. Thanks for letting us stay and we will be back.

Quiet, private home away from home

This was a sisters getaway vacation for us. We enjoyed the privacy of the heated pool. The well stocked kitchen was much appreciated. Spice carosel a major plus. Comfortable furniture and big screen TV for just hanging out. The door alarms provide a sense of security for families with children. Friendly property manager living next door was also a major plus. Would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a comfortable place to come back to after active days or for anyone just wanting to kick back and relax and forgo the touristy things.

Spacious Interior/Quiet Privacy

We rented this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood for two weeks in February 2010. The home was very clean with new furniture. Everything we needed was provided, including a new washer and dryer and Internet/computer. (We knew to bring our own sharp kitchen knife from past experience in other rentals.) The private, large heated pool was gorgeous and we were able to use it several times - despite rain and below normal temperatures. We loved the comfortable and relaxing outside living area. The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with -- he was excellent at follow up and wants everything to be right for your stay. Also, his property manager was friendly and easily available for questions. As retirees, we decided we prefer an active community with other amenities, but we would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax in quiet and not deal with heavy traffic. It is also a great child-friendly home.

We rented this property in Feb. 2010 and were very pleased with it. The beds were comfortable and the linens/towels provided were a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils. The Magic Bullet was our favorite kitchen gadget! The furniture is very chic and comfy. We enjoyed the cool dining room table with the lazy susan in the middle, Made playing cards much easier! The pool was heated, but unfortunately were unable to use it because the weather didn't cooperate! Plenty of pool toys and floaties if you are bringing the family. The yard appears to be newly landscaped and is very enjoyable. The privacy fence was a huge plus. The drive to and from supermarkets etc. is not too bad, well worth it to be away from all the traffic. I would definitly recommend this property to anyone.
