Just a short drive away are numerous Cinemas, the Edison Ford Winter Home and Gardens, the Edison Shopping Mall, the Bell Tower Shopping Mall, and the Shopping Outlet stores at Sanibel and Miromar. Concerts and theatre are at the Barbara Mann Arts Center. Very close by are excellent grocery stores, restaurants, shops, libraries, and the Lee Memorial Health Park.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order
Check In: 1 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: one month
Lodging Tax: 11
Deposits: Deposit of $1000 secures the reservation. 50% of rental payable 60 days before arrival and the remaining 50% is payable 30 days before arrival.
Other Fees: Cleaning and management costs $250. The Florida Sales and Tourist Taxes of 11% apply for rentals of less than 6 months. Debit Card payment can be arranged. Personal checks must clear at least 15 days prior to rental period.

The villa is in an excellent location and all as described. Very clean and fully equipped, with every comfort of home. If you have the energy there are even bicycles provided and of course pool floats! The location of a gated community provides additional peace of mind. In addition the cul de sac added extra room for our kids to play.
The owner provides a wealth of information and guidance to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. If any problems do arise, both the owner and the local agent deal swiftly and efficiently
For those new to the area the villa provides easy access to a wide range of shops and of course the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Lakes Park is nearby and well worth a visit. There are nunerous restaurants in the area to suit all budgets. A list of "good" restaurants and other attractions is thoughfully provided in the villa.
